Federal Bureau of Prisons to Close Camps

Last Thursday, December 5, 2024, the Federal Bureau of Prisons announced six Prison closures. These camps are FPC Dublin-low (CA),Wisconsin, Minnesota, Colorado, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida. Staff and inmates are being moved to other facilities. These facilities are Pensacola, Florida, Duluth, Minnesota, and Morgantown, West Virginia. It is also suspending operations at minimum-security satellite camps that are adjacent to federal prisons in Oxford, Wisconsin, Littleton, Colorado, and Loretto, Pennsylvania. Dublin is already closed and all inmates have been redesignated. This also holds true for FPC-Oxford.
